Rakovica carnival

Rakovica Carnival remains one of the most beloved and joyful events in this Belgrade municipality. Since its inception in 2013, the carnival has brought together between 35 and 45 local and international carnival groups each year, parading through the streets of Rakovica with music, dance, and extravagant costumes.
The event is known for its vibrant atmosphere and its message of unity, artistic expression, and positive energy. Audiences from across Belgrade and Serbia came to enjoy the colours, creativity, and joy that the carnival brings every year.
